If you delete your HubInfluencer account, your access to the platform may be permanently removed.

  • Support history linked to your account

Once your account is deleted, you may not be able to recover it.

4. What Data May Be Deleted

After verification, we may delete or anonymize account-related personal data such as:

  • Content preferences
  • App account data
  • Website account data
  • Support messages linked to your account, where possible

5. What Data May Be Retained

Some information may be retained even after account deletion if required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, payment, dispute resolution, or business record purposes.

This may include:

  • Payment records
  • Transaction IDs
  • Invoice or billing records
  • Refund records
  • Subscription history
  • Fraud prevention logs
  • Legal compliance records
  • Security logs
  • Records required by payment gateways, banks, or app stores

Retained data will be kept only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is required.

6. Subscription Before Account Deletion

If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel your subscription before requesting account deletion.

Deleting your HubInfluencer account may not automatically cancel billing if your subscription was purchased through:

  • Google Play
  • Apple App Store
  • External payment gateway
  • Bank card auto-renewal
  • UPI auto-pay
  • Wallet or third-party billing service

You should cancel your subscription directly from the platform where you purchased it.

7. Google Play Subscription Users

If you subscribed through Google Play, please cancel your subscription from your Google Play account before requesting account deletion.

General steps:

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Go to Payments & subscriptions
  4. Tap Subscriptions
  5. Select HubInfluencer
  6. Tap Cancel subscription

After cancelling your subscription, you can email us to request account deletion.

8. Website Subscription Users

If you subscribed directly through hubinfluencer.com, you can request cancellation and account deletion by contacting us at:

  • Subscription cancellation only

9. Refunds After Account Deletion

Account deletion does not automatically provide a refund.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund and Return Policy, payment provider rules, app store rules, and applicable law.

10. Processing Time

After receiving your account deletion request, we will review and verify your request.

Account deletion may take a reasonable amount of time depending on:

  • Identity verification
  • Active subscription status
  • Payment provider records
  • Legal or tax requirements
  • Security review
  • Technical processing

We will try to process valid deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible.

11. Loss of Access

After your account is deleted:

  • You may not be able to log in again.
  • Your profile may be removed.
  • Your watch history may be deleted.
  • Your saved content may be removed.
  • Your subscription features may stop.
  • Your account preferences may be deleted.
  • You may need to create a new account if you want to use HubInfluencer again.

Deleted accounts may not be recoverable.

12. Data Deletion from App

If HubInfluencer is available as a mobile app, you may also request account deletion from inside the app if the feature is available.

Suggested in-app location:

Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account

If in-app deletion is not available yet, you can use this web page and email method to request deletion.
