By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the selected plan.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, payment gateways, app stores, or billing platforms.

HubInfluencer does not store full card numbers, UPI PINs, CVV numbers, or sensitive banking credentials on its own servers.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

If your payment fails, your access to paid content may be limited, paused, or cancelled.

6. Auto-Renewal

Some subscription plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

If auto-renewal applies, the renewal terms will be shown during checkout or by the payment provider/app store.

You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellation before renewal.

For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, subscription management, cancellation, refund, and revocation processes may be handled through Google Play systems. Google’s Play Billing documentation explains that developers and users may manage purchases, cancellations, refunds, and subscription access through Google Play tools.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation method available on the website, app, payment gateway, or app store where you purchased the subscription.

Cancellation usually stops future billing, but it may not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period unless clearly stated in our Refund Policy or required by law.

If you purchased through a third-party platform such as Google Play, you may need to cancel directly through that platform.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, payment provider rules, app store rules, and applicable law.

Accepted refund requests will be processed through the original payment method or applicable payment system when possible.

India’s Consumer Protection E-Commerce Rules include duties for e-commerce entities, including handling accepted refund requests within a reasonable period or as prescribed under applicable law.

Subscription access gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to watch or use HubInfluencer content during your active subscription period.

You do not own the content.

10. Intellectual Property

You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

11. AI-Generated and Digital Content

HubInfluencer may include AI-generated, AI-assisted, fictional, animated, virtual, or synthetic content.

Some characters, voices, stories, influencers, agents, scenes, or conversations may be fictional or digitally created.

Content is provided for entertainment, education, inspiration, awareness, or general information. It should not be treated as professional advice unless clearly stated.

12. Educational, Health, Finance, and Career Content Disclaimer

14. User-Generated Content

If HubInfluencer allows comments, reviews, profile details, uploads, ratings, messages, or other user-generated content, you are responsible for what you submit.

By submitting content, you give HubInfluencer permission to display, process, moderate, remove, or use that content for platform operation and promotion, where legally allowed.

You must not submit content that is illegal, abusive, misleading, hateful, defamatory, obscene, copyrighted without permission, or harmful to others.

We may remove user content at our discretion.

16. App Store Terms

If you download HubInfluencer from Google Play, Apple App Store, or another app store, your use may also be subject to that app store’s terms and policies.

For Android apps with account creation, Google Play requires developers to provide both an in-app account deletion path and a web link where users can request account and associated data deletion.

17. Availability of Service
